Data We Process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, company name (optional) and message. This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking technologies.
The map on the contact page is served by Google Maps; if you interact with it, Google's data policies apply. Form submissions reach our inbox via a secure form delivery service.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and manage cooperation, proportionately and in connection with your request under Article 5 of the KVKK. It is never used for marketing or shared with third parties.
Retention
Data submitted via the form is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted.
Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
You can submit requests to info@aydingrow.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
