Born in 1988 in Simav, Kütahya, Rıfat Aydın Uzun graduated from Kütahya Dumlupınar University in Occupational Health and Safety and began his career as a safety specialist.
Over time, he pursued his long-standing interest in plant production by establishing his own greenhouse infrastructure and investing in modern cultivation systems, entering the sector with cut chrysanthemum production. His hands-on experience enabled him not only to produce, but also to understand and analyze the structural needs of the industry.
With a vision to build a quality-driven, sustainable, and systematic production model, he founded Aydın Grow and currently leads the company’s overall strategy and development.
Production & R&D Lead
Born in 1996 in Erzurum, Hilal Beyza Dursun graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture, and completed her master’s degree at Ankara University in ornamental plant cultivation and breeding.
Throughout her academic career, she focused on plant production, breeding techniques, and cultivation systems, further enhancing her expertise through advanced training in breeding and genetics at Clemson University.
At Aydın Grow, she integrates scientific knowledge with practical application, taking an active role in production management, planning, plant health, and quality control processes.
